The CEOM suggests doctors who are searching for a job to consult EURES, the European Job Mobility Portal. EURES is a cooperation network between the European Commission and the public employment services of the Member States of the European Economic Area. The EURES portal offers relevant information on the professional mobility, especially on jobs and learning opportunities throughout Europe and on living and working conditions in the different Member States.
The EURES database is updated daily by European employment services.
In order to have access to the job vacancies available, please follow the procedure as indicated below:
- Click on the tab "Jobseekers", then on "Search for a job".
- Select "Healthcare and life sciences professionals" in the first drop-down menu.
- In the second drop-down menu, please select "Health professionals" and then "Medical doctors" or "Health professionals not elsewhere classified".
- You can also select the contract duration.
- Select a country. Possible to consult the job vacancies per region or for the whole territory.
